Just like any other new development in Hong Kong, this apartment feels a bit crowded for the original 4-bedroom layout. As the young couple are expecting a baby, we decide to reconfigure the rooms for make more efficient use of the space. On one side, the master bedroom is expanded to create more storage and a vanity area. On the other side, there is now a nursery connecting to a multi-function room that can become a kid’s playroom in the future. While the background is too neutral and plain, bright colors are used throughout to add some vibrancy to this home.
