A new modern 3-bedroom apartment where no modification is needed for bathrooms and kitchen. To add more character to this already trendy background, we decided to play with vibrant colors and bold patterns in mid-century theme. We recreated the foyer as a standalone area with separate partition and a statement floor tile. We designed an unique wall panel to run through the living and dining area, matching with new doors and smoked oak flooring in chevron arrangement. While the 2 guest bedrooms were kept intact, the master bedroom was fully redecorated, featuring brass trim wall moldings and a signature wallpaper.

As a small family of 3, it feels just about right.
